Who you are 🧭
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer who builds with purpose — connecting technical decisions directly to customer and business outcomes. You deliver reliable, maintainable software independently, and help those around you do the same.
You bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate risks early, and make pragmatic trade-offs that move the product forward. You value clarity, performance, and simplicity in your work and delivery.
You raise the technical bar through code, reviews, and mentorship, and you find motivation in seeing your team deliver faster, safer, and better as a result.
You likely have:
- 4+ years of experience building production software in modern languages.
- Experience working across the stack — from frontend to APIs and backend systems.
- A track record of shipping high-quality, maintainable software with clear trade-offs.
- A product mindset — you care about the “why,” not just the “how.”
- Curiosity and drive to learn, improve, and help those around you grow.
What you’ll be doing 💻
- Play an impactful role in building and scaling our SaaS platform, with a strong focus on delivering value to customers.
- Design and implement reliable, maintainable systems that improve Ignite’s platform end-to-end.
- Translate product goals into clear technical direction and deliverables.
- Strengthen team execution by improving patterns, testing, observability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and support peers through design reviews, pairing, and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product and design to ensure what we build truly solves customer problems.

- Infrastructure: Serverless on Google Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
- Storage: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and event-driven pipelines
