What you’ll do as a Senior UX Designer 

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our growing Design team. As a Senior UX Designer you will take lead on all user experience initiatives within one of our product development teams as well as being an active contributor to building the design culture in our design team.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive UX design efforts from early discovery to implementation, in close collaboration with a product manager and developers.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing and etc.
• Synthesize research findings into clear insights and opportunities, helping the team make informed product and design decisions.
• Develop artifacts like personas, user journeys, and experience maps to communicate insights and align the team.
• Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to explore and validate design solutions - ranging from low-fidelity to detailed interaction models.
• Contribute to and advocate for a user-centered design process and help raise the UX maturity of the team.

We believe you have:

• 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio highlighting UX thinking and research-led design processes.
• Solid expertise in user research methods, usability, and accessibility, and a passion for understanding and solving real user problems.
• Experience working with complex SaaS solutions or products
• Experience working closely with end users to inform design and product decisions, both independently and in collaboration with product managers.
• A good eye for visual design is appreciated, but not essential. What matters most is how you shape the experience.
• Good understanding of technology. You know your way with the design tools required to explore and specify user experience. You also have experience working with developers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
