What you’ll do as an Account Executive
We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive to lead our expansion into the Swedish market. As our new Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and building strong, lasting relationships with clients in Sweden. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, experienced in B2B SaaS sales, and comfortable with the fast-paced environment of a startup/scaleup. Responsibilities include:
- Building a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts (cold calls, emails), qualifying inbound opportunities, networking, events and more.Â
- Owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations, tailored to address the needs of potential customers
- Leading contract negotiations, ensuring agreements meet company goals while addressing customer needs
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities in Sweden
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and other key performance metrics
Please note that:
- This role is either based in Oslo or remotely in Sweden. If you are based in Sweden, we expect you travel to Oslo occasionally.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English is required for this position.
Who are we looking for
- A results-oriented Account/Sales Executive, who has a strong drive and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- We expect you to have at least 2-4+ years experience in B2B sales or selling a technical product/solution, ideally in the Swedish market
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex or technical solutions to various stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM tools (we use Hubspot) and sales automation softwares
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Swedish and English
