What you’ll do as Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be leading customer relationships and ensuring that our customers achieve their goals. You will manage medium to large customers, work with CPOs, CFOs, Sustainability Managers, and identify opportunities for commercial growth. You will work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing to improve customer experience. This role requires an analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer goals and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medium to large customers and drive customer engagement and value
- Develop and execute strategic customer success plans to ensure customer retention
- Collaborate with Sales on up- and cross-sell opportunities to unlock more value for the customers
- Collaborate with Product to improve customer experience and the future of the Ignite platform
We’re looking for someone with
- At least 1-3+ years experience in customer success, management or technology consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar (Masters preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts and insights to non-technical users
- A commercial mindset who can identify and drive growth opportunities for customers
- Strong analytical skills, ideally with experience from Excel, Power BI or similar
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and collaborate across teams
